I have worked in the Health and Social care sector for over 30 years spanning mental health rehabilitation and residential care. I am currently the Quality Manager at Culliford House Residential Home in Dorchester, where I have been employed since 2007. I’m currently working towards becoming the Registered Manager and I’m looking forward to taking on the role, where I can lead with compassion, ensure high standards of care, and contribute to the ongoing success of the home.
At Culliford House my lead roles and areas of interest are of digital applications in care and the Mental Capacity Act.
I’m honoured to be joining the board of the Dorset Care Association and contribute my experience and commitment to delivering high quality standards in our sector.
