Biography: From a predominantly catering and medical background spanning over 20 years I now use my experience to pass on the knowledge and skills I have learned along the way.
As a qualified teacher, working mainly in health and social care for the last 24 years has allowed me to become passionate about all aspects of care and most importantly staff development.
From humble beginnings as a freelance trainer to building and running my own training company, we employed multiple trainers covering all aspects of care. Wishing to downsize from running a very demanding business, I now find myself equally as busy and enjoying running a smaller and bespoke business, P & V Training and relishing other opportunities at a strategic level within the care sector.
