Hannah Dow-Jones

I started my career in social care 15 years ago as a domiciliary support worker and have progressed my way through various roles including Care Coordinator, Locality Manager and finally Deputy Manager. Along the way I have completed my levels 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care, I am currently working towards my level 5.

I have been a Deputy Manager in both domiciliary and residential settings and have a good understanding and experience of being a care provider and the challenges it can bring. I am passionate about promoting person centred, safe and effective care.

My knowledge and experience help me in my role as a Trusted Assessor to build relationships, communicate effectively with both care providers and the hospital,  and to provide up to date assessments that support individuals to return home safely.
