I have been working in the care sector for the over 19 years. I started as a learning disability support worker and have been employed in a variety of roles as my career pathway grew. I have completed my level 5 Health and Social Care qualification and have been a Registered Manager for Dimensions for the last 10 years. I am passionate about excellent person centred support and helping people to achieve their goals.
I have a clear understanding of the role of a care provider, the challenges they face and how to ensure that the service user is supported to ensure a positive and safe discharge from hospital.
